This was on the BBC live reporting about the Nole match
"Andy Murray hasn't had much to do other than applause fairly enthusiastically. He doesn't look enthusiastic, but he's doing his bit."
And Jake makes it 4 wins out of 4 for the Brits today :GBflag::bravo:
Well done Jake.
Andy has a 100% success rate at coaching so far.
Nole in his post match interview
"On having Andy Murray as his coach: "I'm thrilled to have him in my corner. I must say that it's a bit strange to have him courtside in my box. We played for over 20 years against each other at the highest level, so it's nice to have him on my side of the net. He gave me some great advice during the match. It's really nice to be able to exchange some feedback. It's been a really nice experience, hopefully we don't stop here.""

Tuesday at the Australian Open

Emma Raducanu vs Ekaterina Alexandrova at 0:00 court 3
Burrage/Tauson vs Blikova/Wu 0:00 court 14
Katie Boulter vs Rebecca Marino 4th Kia Arena
certainly some good wins for the Brits, hoped Jack would have an easier route but still a gutsy display. Great win for Jason, even if Kygrios struggling somewhat physically. positive that Jodie and Harriet also through, did not see a great deal of Djokovic match but still caught Andy a few times.
Thanks Cazza. I'd love to watch the midnight matches, but I'm afraid that I will be asleep. Gone are the days when I would get up in the wee sma' hoors to watch Andy playing - over twenty years ago I think, in California.
I used to watch Andy regularly in the middle of the night but laterally did not (still watched recording or catch up), sometimes watch the first Midnight match in Oz though (or at least some of it).
I go to bed to go to sleep with the intention of not watching any tennis in the night but if I wake up in the night I sometimes put it on for a bit.
A win for Emma overnight, but Cam lost.
Katie up soon.
A good win for Emma in the end, pity for Cameron but not that surprised aginst Berrettini. Boulter into a 3rd against Marino and takes it 7-5!
Rublev currently 2 sets down to Fonseca, a qualifier and goes out 7-6,6-3,7-6.
:yahoo:
Well done Katie Boulter. Toughed out the win over a resurgent Rebecca Marino.
6'4, 3'6, 7'5 and she's into the next round.
Well done Katie and Emma. :cheer::cheer:
Jodie Burrage lost against Gauff.
Lots happening on the courts right now.
Jack is 2 sets to 1 down against Kokkinakis
Jacob is 2 sets to 1 and a break up against Cazeax
And Harriet 1 sets all and a break up against Vekic.
Jacob has won
Harriet lost
and a 5 set thriller going on with Jack
:yahoo:
Well done Jack Draper, into the 3rd round after a fine win over Thanisi Kokkinakis.
It was level pegging in the 5th set at 3-3 then Jack held serve and managed to break the Aussie.
A confident hold from Jack sealed the deal and he won 6'7, 6'3, 3'6, 7'5, 6'3.
:no worries:
Well done Jack and Jacob :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:
Just hope Jack has something left in the tank after 2 long 5-setters in R1 and R2!
Well done Jack
In his interview he said he was improving later on in the match as he had not had much practice before the tournament.
Raducanu through to the 3rd round where she'll face Iga Swiatek.
Boulter 1-1 v Kudermetova and just started the 3rd set, on serve with Katie next to serve at *1-2
Boulter lost her match - very tough battle.
Medvedev is out in R2 to Learner Tien (USA) who rallied back to take the 5th set.
Tien was one of the NextGen finalists at the end of last year.
Errr it was R2 today. But well done Tien. The other finalist in the Next Gen, Fonseca, was taken out in 5 sets by Sonego.
Well done Emma
Thanks Cazza, post amended.
