Automatic log-in

Usually I am able to automatically log-in, i.e the site recognises me whenever I go there but now suddenly I have to log in every time despite ticking "remember me" box. Any explanations please?

That's something that seems to happen once every few months. After logging in a few times with the box ticked, then it starts remembering you again. It happens to me on VB too, again after months without problem then it will do this for a couple of days. Maybe the automatic logging-in eventually runs out and has to be re-established?
