Andy and Nole meet again.

Their H2H is 7-9 in Nole's favour and they've recently contested 2 Finals.
Andy won the US Open Grand Slam in September whilst Nole defeated Muzzah at the Shanghai Masters in yet another close fought encounter.

Who'll come out top this time around?
Whoever wins will most likely top the A Group after the round robin stage and that could have an impact on who plays who in the Semi-final.

The scheduling here annoys me quite a lot, I think it's all the BBCs fault! Andy should play all night matches, it would make for a great atmosphere. Annoyingly I'm busy tomorrow afternoon, and then Friday evening when his next match will probably be. And then his semi will probably be on Sunday afternoon for the BBC, and I'm actually there on Sunday night! I'll be surprised if it doesn't end up like this, I remember when he played Fed a couple of years ago it got put in the afternoon, so I had to see Ferrer-Soderling in the evening! Thinking about it again, yesterday was very impressive by Andy, given he was not playing consistently in top gear but still dispatched the world number 6.
This is a bit tricky because if they both give it their all and leave everything out on the court (so to speak) then it does not help either of them for the rest of the week (say they play a three and a half hour marathon) and in fact could hurt them particularly the loser in their final group match.
I will be interested to see if they play at "final" intensity in the second group stage as even with just three sets, we saw in Shanghai that can still last for the mental equivalent of a five setter. Especially if they have one or two of their marathon tiebreaks!
