I called them last week and they said they are still sending them out. But then I got an odd email saying to collect them from Gate 4 with my collection email which I dont have. Never had this problem before.

Really pleased to hear so many of you have got tickets - they are actually selling tickets to fans for a change!
This is really encouraging, hearing that so many are managing to get these tickets. I will probably be in UK next year at Wimbledon time, so gives me some hope that I might be able to get tickets. :)

Got tickets today! Not a bad section and view on Court 1. I surprised my Dad with them as he has never been before and thought I hadnt bought them in time hope it isnt quite as hot as this though for all of us!
This day next week I will be at Wimbledon! I love this time of year so much; I live for it every year and I try to hang on to it and savour every moment, but as always it goes faster than any other time of year. However, I'm living in the moment now and enjoying every nano-second of it!

I haven't yet received my LTA resale tickets and telephoned to check what is happening. The LTA are dealing with this despatch not AELTC. The LTA say they are posting out Tuesday's (3 July) tickets during this week (they are still sending them out as of today) so I should expect them by Saturday (the timeframe is consistent with the tm email). Hopefully this might be useful information for those waiting.
Yeah some court 3 are put on ticketmaster.
As we will already be in London on the Saturday for queens of the Stone Age and Liv for Harry Potter plays then we are just going to meet up after and then join the queue. Lol. Probably around midnight cheaper than a hotel lol. I doubt we will get centre though as fed fans will prob start arriving early saturday! Last year 11ish got us centre on Monday but that wasn’t fed. Anyway maybe Court 1 though lolJealous that you are going to see Ginger Josh on Saturday, would have loved to go but couldn't justify the expense as I don't like anyone else on the bill.

Received this morning (were mailed yesterday) - near the CC back in section 514 - I gather they have sent out all the first week tix but not the second week.

I like the hives but that’s about it lol. Haven’t seen quotsa since songs for the deaf tour. So didn’t want to miss them, though with foos the weekend before and garbage and incubus in September it’s an expensive gig year.
Murray and some of my other faves being in the opposite half to Fed always improves the tickets you get from queuing. Maybe we will leave the grounds at 5 Monday to get back in lol. Looks like bottom half for my Thursday centre :)

I would have loved to if I wasn't working. Going Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday first week.
Note to add to my earlier comments about camping in the queue for the first timers who were asking about it ... I meant to add that the fees for baggage from last year £5 for tent and £1 for others must be paid in cash

Defo no tickets. :( Have to hope tomorrow.
EDIT: Last year can just refresh page and hope get ticket page. This year after refresh page or search again will ask you click on images for Car or store front or boats or signs etc. That wasn't there last year. Wasn't expecting it and probably will slow you down.
Now I know for tomorrow. Will need make sure mouse and mouse mat ready (I use trackpad). I faster with mouse than trackpad lol.
Also annoying thing ticketmaster robot thing sometimes images are blank cos not fully loaded. I hope not happen tomorrow!

Ah I see. So you need be paid membership from LTA....I think £30 per year or something so can do this?
So, whilst dancing at a mini festival in Finsbury Park we heard the queue was over 500. We didn’t want centre though so no worries. Tubed back to Southfields, pit stop at the car on a cheap hired using the app (amazing btw), got to the park around midnight at we are around 800 in the queue! Never seen it like bad so early. Last year we were around 200 at the same time! More people still arriving and pitching tents. Not sure what time the let people on to the park.
Anyway tents are up, sleeping bags ready and tea is made. So it’s tea then bed. From the forums resident campers :) looking forward to catching up with you all this week :)

I've had the same frustration. I've also had ticketmaster tell me i'm not eligible as I've already used my allotment...although I've never actually purchased from there. Very frustrated.
Actually, for the first time, I was able to actually purchase tickets (since it was for court 2 on second Wednesday, i passed before final credit card screen). At least I know I'm eligible if the tickets are there, and it's not some technical glitch
Does anyone know if there's a standard time of the day that resale tickets are listed on ticketmaster?

I had ct2 on wed 11th in the LTA ballot and returned them after getting Mon, Tue,Sat in the BTTM returns last Monday. I went that day last year when my daughter managed to blag some ground tickets and it was a decent day watching Andy from the hill and then some doubles with Hawkeye who kindly let my daughter watch Federer whilst we had some bevvies.

Not sure. Are you in Zone 6? TravelCard is about £18. You can use your Bank debit card for underground instead of Oyster if you wish. Have you looked on TfL.gov.uk that might give you the price.

Hi mates, someone bought wimbledon tickets towards TICKETMASTER in the past? Did They always ask plastic credit card? Ot is it enough ID document? I bought ticket using virtual credit card and I'm in trouble...
As it was happening in ticketmaster, my choice of virtual card seems good to personal security:
https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-44628874
Ticketmaster was hacked for several months: I want see if they rejected me showing a virtual credit card (numbers wrote on paper) and my ID (i'm a genuine fan and not a scalper).

Indeed for Reserved seats the security staff at Gate 7 will check the ID and email then ask for the card used to make the booking. They swipe the card in a machine and it prints out a ticket (rather like a bus conductor). I would recommend gagarin phoning the AELTC ticket office to discuss their situation.

Yep they did that last year. One person machine was broken and couldn’t scan my card and plus other 2 people, we had to wait other person in other row come over and scan our card. Extra staff run off get replacement machine for broken one. Lol.
Thanks for the info: I bought a returned ticket (I shall retire it in the ticket office) instead of paperless ticket of reserved type: the paperless ticket is explained that require the card to be swipe.
The returned ticket are only to be collected (and maybe already printed) and I could be lucky to be accepted: anyway i will contact both AELTC ticket office and ticketmaster.
Anyway I don't think fair that they reject the virtual card (moreover after the latest events): with same virtual card I bought the ticket from main ballot without problems.

My poor cousin, who died of a brain tumour in 2012 was an Honorary Steward at Wimbledon. The number of people allowed in is dependent on the number of matches so today and tomorrow should be just over 8,000. If they are up to speed on Friday (no rain), there will probably less allowed in. After the ground is full no-one is allowed in until someone leaves.

Is the ticket resale/returns just for BTM now or general on ticketmaster? I tried yesterday and today, had everything set up - logged in, payment card updated, counting down in seconds on my phone, clicked on dot of 9 but zilch. Sometimes I can't get the select buttons to work e.g. When they suggest changing prices/number of seats. Just wondering what you actually have to do to be lucky.

No, this was on the 9am public sale on Ticketmaster for Reserved Seats on Centre or Court 3 only.
I just clicked on the ticket I wanted, confirmed it was for a Reserved Seat, and then it directed me to payment (account already set up). I didn't need my BTM number and there was no Captcha pictures either.
Returns are made available on Ticketmaster to the public from 12noon 2 days in advance i.e. today for Wed 4th July on either Centre or Court 3.
I think the system for BTM for Centre/1/2/3 applies only to Returns and presumably at any time of the day/night as and when returns are made so it can circumvent the public sale via Ticketmaster but there are probably not that many tickets. I suspect you just have to keep trying.
It took me 5 or 6 goes of clicking on Search Again before I was offered a ticket this morning.

Nice to meet up with Angie yesterday. Didn't see anyone else but Caro replied to my text but she was back in CT 1 by the time I got it. We were on Centre but I don't think they picked the best matches. Naomi put up a good fight and Dudi gave Rafa a couple of scares. Didn't bother with Halep and went for a wander. Such a shame they have put boards all around the courts now, was great being able to wander around watching lots of matches. It isn't as if you pay for the seats so spoils the experience a bit.

Like theMass15, I am on Ct 2 on Sat. If anyone wants to meet up at some point, my mob is 07761788409. Will not have internet/forum access after today until I get back from London.

Are you going any more days, Pat? I will be there Saturday and Monday.
I have just had the offer of 2 Centre Court for Next Tues but we have a day trip to Wisely Gardens the following day. Is so difficult to get to Wimbledon from here at the moment. Our only train home on Tues was cancelled and had to do 3 changes before we were heading home very late!!!
I am also on Court 2 on Saturday and hope to meet up with any forumers who are there.

Rucksack almost packed (being brave - no cardigan or umbrella in there!) and about to start making a bunch of sandwiches. Tickets in handbag, checked three times so far! Sun-cream and water bottles in the fridge, may even stick them in the feeezer for a bit!
Almost ready - Wimbledon here we come!
Hopefully catch up with some forummers at some point tomorrow :yahoo:

Hi, I had a great time at Wimbledon yesterday (so many Brits playing doubles!) and even ran into a few forumites using "guerilla tactics" to try to get into Court 14 :-), though I didn't know they were forumites at the time!
In case anyone there today reads this (or anyone who reads this knows someone there today and could text them), someone assuming I'd be watching Katy Dunne & Harriet Dart's match against the 2nd seeds today (3rd on Court 15) has asked me "If u watch Katy&Harriet, pls can u take a few photos - especially with their sponsor patch visible??"
Unfortunately, I'm not actually there today, so if someone who is there could do this and perhaps tweet the pics to them (@sportmode_mgmt) and/or me (@gbtennis), I'm sure they'd be really grateful. The person who asked seems to run a company that arranges sponsor patches for players - I think they're probably a very small company and obviously this helps the players too.

If any BTTM wants to go on Monday you currently have your choice of courts...
Centre or court 1 or court 2
The court 1 are only in pairs which means yellowlivi is looking for a guest if anyone is interested

Men's quarters (11 July) is the last day the queue operates for tickets on Centre and No. 1. I have never queued for that day but would imagine you would need to start queuing on the Monday. I have phoned a couple of times on the Tuesday and been told there were 1,000 people queuing by 6 p.m. There are 500 tickets for Centre and 500 for No. 1.
Well, as a first timer to the queue we have arrived just now 730am on Monday for Wednesdays quarterfinals. We are currently tly number 6196. Hope to be able to meet some of you over the next few days that might also be in line. This is all very interesting to this American!!!
6196? Are you sure that's for Wednesday and not Tuesday?

Using her clicker, Steward just said we are 119 in queue for Wednesday's matches. Very excited.
A quick hello at the beginning of the second week! It's been almost unbearably hot, I'm in full sun till 7pm. Lots of water, hats and sun block essential. Keep safe and enjoy!

Just in case there is anyone who doesn't know I decided to stay for the whole of Kyle's match on Saturday and obviously missed my train home. Roy left and had to dash but I couldn't leave. Much hilarity and discussion about what to do with me from Angie and Jimmy G. Eventually Jimmy searched for hotels and booked me into the Premier Inn, Wimbledon South where coincidentally we are staying on Saturday. BTW it's nowhere near Wimbledon! Then enjoyed a fantastic evening with Angie, Jimmy and June. We met Jamie Delgado also. Got taxi to hotel. First time I've checked in without toiletries and change of clothes! Enjoyed a good breakfast when I met a friend from Scotland we had first met in Ghent. Great day and evening which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Thanks again to Jerry for your advice on queuing information. I was able to get my choice of seats for tomorrow's action. But I did something kind of crazy. I also bought a Ticket Master LTA resale for Court 1 tomorrow. So now my buddy and I each have two tickets. I'm going to use my Q ticket for Center Court for Nadal match and court 1 to see Fed. So if anybody wants to see the Isner Raonic match let me know. And maybe some of the Novak match. Of course you already have to be inside the grounds on a grounds pass.
You’re welcome. I had court 1 tickets for today but my friend decided to stand me up because he wanted to see the football. I was a bit worried about him losing money so I tried to find another guest but had no takers. I tried to return his ticket but found you could only return pairs.
My plans was to leave my house at 7.30 to get to the train. As the latest train back to Liverpool at 9 often means you miss some of the Tennis allowing for the hour to pick up luggage, get to Southfields, and eventually to Euston. So I thought I’d train it to Manchester. But then I no longer had a lift from Manchester to Liverpool so it would be waiting 2 hours in Manchester in the very early hours. So in the end decided on a megabus home Victoria to Liverpool. 11pm - 5am as there was nothing at 10 like I wanted. Then a bus from the city home and I’d get in at 6am on Thursday.
I hadn’t booked my crazy return when the order of play came out. Glad I hadn’t. Because the thought of travelling from 7.30am til midday and then 11pm til 6am to see 2 matches that would most likely be a bit dull and only 1 player I actually like. Seemed a bit much. I was so hoping either djoko/kei or nadal/Delpo would be on 1. I had reason to hope as tiger has played centre for the last 27 consecutive times. So I decided it wasn’t to be. And returned the pair of tickets with 20 minutes to go. Row F too :( all went against me with England winning. Then the oop. More tickets were released for centre but I still had the problem of no guest and the resales don’t allow you to buy singles which is just wrong. The option seems to be there but only seems to work if you select 2. Select 2 and there are tickets. Select 1 and there’s no tickets!
So I will have to make myself happy with TV. we had so many great days at wimbie this year. Got the tickets we wanted mind/tie/wed in the queue. Then had ballot tickets for Thursday for centre so more great matches. Then on Monday I had resales for court 1. We also saw a lot of Tennis on the outside courts. We had lunch on the courts everyday so only really left them to refill water, go to the loo and change courts. It was a lot of tennis. Though it did mean most of the seeing of others was waving across a court or a quick hello on the way to the loo lol. So my Wimbledon is over earlier than expected. Unless I get lucky with Ticketmaster lol. Unlikely. Next live tennis is USO, last live Tennis was queens. So I can’t complain.
Have a great time to everyone with days to come.

Glad you enjoyed your Wimbledon experience this year Jerry. I went on both Tuesdays - queuing week 1, though acquiring a Ct 3 ticket too and yesterday with a ct 1 ticket. Whilst yesterday's ct 1 matches wouldn't be amongst my Wimbledon highlights, I still enjoyed being there but preferred watching the GB junior girls win their R1 doubles on the outside courts. It's good to see the juniors at the start of their Wimbledon journey. Watched Jamie's doubles match on the hill until set 5 when we moved to centre court. Shame he lost. Have watched sporadically at home - largely dictated by babysitting duties - and appreciate being able to choose which match to follow although at times there have been too many choices. Missed Andy but there has still been plenty to keep the interest going and it's just a lovely place to go to.

I got a Centre returns ticket (my 4th centre court, also had a ct1 and Kyle) which was really great in 206 G, pretty close but just in the shade. It was a massive day's tennis, I was on centre court for 7 hours, missed a couple of games but had to leave at 8 with my 9.10 train to catch (no i'm not supergran who really impressed me by staying on Saturday), so the match was still on serve (2-1), still really in the balance, hard to pick a winner, but just a feeling Rafa might shade it. I have now watched the last 7 amazing games on the player, it really was a fantastic match, one of the best I have been at.
There was real shock when Roger went out, especially after being 2 sets up. Having watched Djok 3 times and Rafa twice, my feeling is that if Rafa performs at anything like the same level as today again on Friday, then he will win (and hopefully the final, as well). The other semi, I don't really care about, probably won't bother watching it, just hope the winner of Anderson and Isner, don't win it on Sunday.
Really sorry you decided not to come Jerry, I think you could easily have got on centre, people picking up tickets in front of me were desperate for Federer, and I bet many others were. However with your journey problems and second ticket issue, I do obviously understand your frustration and your thinking. I must admit I was very glad myself to see Federer put on Court 1, although having seen the result, it would have been nice to be there to see the faces of some of the over the top Federer fans. It seems that unless one of us gets Friday, we will be tied on going 5 days, the same as Angie! James, of course it had to be him, did 6 consecutive days in the opening week, also without needing the queue. Certainly it was a good year for some of us in the new LTA returns, let's hope they are available in the same numbers next year.

Sorry didn't realise you got that many, you did really well as well, we could have done so many days, i could have taken another 5 days of centre court tickets on the resales but guessing they could put some restictions next year since they have contacted some people about the number of days they have bought

I had no joy at all with the resale. To be fair, there was only one day I could take and due to issues at work I wasn't able to try until I got home. Not sure if it was timing, using a tablet or just zero tickets that went against me. Hoping for better luck next year!

Had a nice time yesterday despite feeling ill. Took my dad who has never been before he loved it on No1 court what a match the Jamie match was! We had great seats which I sadly didnt get to use much as had to sit off court most of the day but I had fun never the less and my Dad did which was the main thing.

What a day at Wimbledon today. Also managed to get tickets through LTA resale for Ladies Final little knowing at that point I would see the end of the Rafa v Novak match. Left at 9p.m. because going tomorrow thinking Novak would have won it in 3 sets. I couldn't believe their standard of tennis to the first match.
Sunday CC tickets on LTA resale now
