Ouch, no chance of me making this.
Ouch indeed! Rough draw for the team. As away ties go in terms of travel it's not too bad BUT this time around I have to work the Thursday and Gill and I both have to work Monday so it will depend on whether we can fly to wherever it is late Thursday or first thing Friday morning from Brum. And home again Sunday evening. It's going to be touch and go so definitely can't commit until we know where it is and can can work our travel.
If we can't go, I might suggest a UK meet up to watch the tie if anyone would be interested in doing that.

I hope they avoid the obvious choices of Barcelona or Madrid. They have played in Ovideo, Castellon, Gijon, Cordoba, Logrono, as well as the Magic Box. Anywhere that has a Bull Ring (except Birmingham)
But the obvious choices are much easier for those who are tight for time. I will need to fly out late Friday or early Saturday & come back late Sunday or early Monday morning.
I would hope to be able to go but it does depend where it is and if flights are easy to Scotland as I would need to come back Sunday night or Monday morning. Failing that though, a meet up at home would be great!
Just home now to see the draw....and ugghhhh that is the worst in every way. Toughest for the team and I have zero desire to watch a Spanish clay-grindathon. Honestly, if France has produced an embarrassment of riches when it comes to flair players Spain has churned out grinders like nowhere else on earth  Think I'd actually prefer a meet up in this country as Caro suggested ;)
Roughly how I feel. Not sure the effort involved would be worth it. Without AM there is almost certainly only going to be one outcome.
I'm hoping not the islands as that would be expensive. But wherever it is we will make it work. It will be a long wait before we know. The obvious places like Madrid and Barca are munch easier for everyone to get to I guess. Wherever the most fans can get to, though maybe Spain will consider that and move it further.
I'm tempted, BUT it depends on where it is, as I'd need to do a Ghent style flying visit, out Saturday, back Sunday - not sure I can get the Friday and Monday off work, can have a look tomorrow.
At least it's Europe and not USA or Australia!

Aww RB, it would still be DC and team GB and us lot ;) :GBflag:
My participation however is in serious doubt as I've already said though. I had a quick look at flights last night, obvious ones. Barcelona looks the best for me and is definitely doable. Cannot believe there seems to be nothing from Brum to Madrid! I must have missed something surely! other than that I've not looked at anything else, no point until we know I suppose.
If it's not doable I would deffo be on for a UK meet up to watch. We'll just gag you when you keep complaining about the clay RB :laugh:
Being the perennial pessimist, isn't Catalonia potentially kicking of at the moment, which might exclude Barcelona (sorry RB:-)

Apparently I started this thread? could be up for a meet up somewhere in UK. I should remember I have a huge holiday at Easter to fund (maybe the DC gods were looking out for my purse strings) but will try and be careful with the pennies.

I moved the posts from the tie thread. You were the first to go off topic ;)
If they chose Madrid, I could do the hotel and flight for less than £200 at the moment. I hate to think how much it'll be, when they do announce the venue.
If we beat Spain and we got Australia, like we did in 1986, my Australian cousin has told me she would probably only allow me to stay with her and her husband. But, the Aussies would have to choose Brisbane for that tie as they live near there.
Where were you thinking of, WimbledonWestie?

Sorry. Where were you thinking of, Caro?
Not got that far stell. I'm still hoping to go but depends where in Spain it is. If I can't go, I'll start a seperate thread for supporters staying home and we'll make suggestions like we did for Newcastle. If I'm going I will leave the home meet up to someone else
I think it would also depend where it is for me as well.

I am hoping to do another DC and I always apply for the dates for my brother to have a weekend in respite. The only problem is I am never told if we have the dates until really late. I was only told last week that we have the half term hols for him and we had provisionally booked a caravan in the Lakes 2 months ago! Anyway I have applied for them and would consider asking for the Friday off.
I am definitely going, no matter where it is.
Saw this on Facebook and thought of Davis Cup!

I've been looking at hotels in Tenerife, just in case. I've found one, which is reasonable, but I can't believe how much the flight would cost to get there.

Peak time of the year in the Canaries
I am definitely going, no matter where it is.
So would I be under normal circumstances .... it's just got to be doable in a tight time frame cos I can only get the Friday off work :grrr:
With the normal Spanish attitude to evening events, is it likely to finish pretty late on Sunday evening??
I am hopeful thatImight be able to make this tie. I will probably be in UK at this time. Hoping I might get to meet some of you.

Oh heck, I hope not! Unless there's a very early flight Monday morning into Brum!
But probably won't go to a 5th rubber?
I guess they will announce in around 6 weeks. I'm sure we heard about the Canada tie in November.

16th November so down to the wire time wise.
Yikes. Caro and I might have to do a Glenys and make it a flying visit - between us we are struggling to take time off work !!!

That's the deadline ... we can but hope they announce it sooner
I hope so as well. I think there was a rumour going around, before Canada announced the venue, that they'd picked the venue and then we had to wait a few more days.

It's all very exciting though. I'm definitely having withdrawals. I'm planning to go "no matter what" too. Hope it's that simple, I'm sure it won't be when it comes to hotels and fights.
Stuart Fraser has posted on twitter this morning venue announcement expected next week - likely to be outdoor clay court in the south. Marbella in the running. Could think of worst places to go in February!
Yikes even in Marbella outdoor clay in Feb seems risky.
If it is Marbs that's not too bad for me. Flight from Liverpool to Malaga and then the shuttle :)

Only direct flights from Edinburgh are with Ryanair. Not sure I can deal with the anxiety caused by worrying they'll cancel them!
Indoor arena in Granada seems to be the other contender
https://as.com/tenis/2017/11/07/copa_davis/1510075383_727924.html
Anyone know how to get to Granada?
International flight to Madrid or Barca then flight to Grenada or bus/ train or hire car from Malaga
Actually since we went there (did the car hire from Malaga) easyjet now do direct flights from Manchester and London

LOTS of places to stay in Marbella ... not so many Granada ... but there's a lot of activity on booking.com
Might be worth a punt to reserve somewhere in one of those 2 places?
;)
Seems like the Spanish Federation are still thinking about it:-
http://www.marca.com/tenis/copa-davis/2017/11/08/5a036acde2704e450b8b45bb.html
The board of directors of the Spanish Tennis Federation, which met Wednesday at the Real Zaragoza Tennis Club to discuss the venue for the Davis Cup match against Great Britain, decided to postpone its decision until the next meeting.
At first this was one of the issues of the day to be addressed by the Spanish tennis director, headed by President Miguel Diaz, who was meeting for the first time in the club of Zaragoza, but has finally stayed if deciding.
The confrontation against Great Britain will take place from February 2 to 4, 2018 with the options of hosting it from the Puente Romano Hotel in Marbella and the Sports Palace in Granada , both with 10,000 locations, which were the only ones that had submitted the candidacy to organize this tie.
I think this is the court they would use in Marbella (with extended stands):-

Seem to be lots of nice apartments available; gives a bit more space usually for roughly similar prices and makes sharing easier all round. + I've found most hotels in Italy/Spain don't have coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms; that first cuppa in the morning is vital methinks!

Marbella has a LOT of accommodation but quite a lot of places on booking.com were filling up.
I have no idea where might be a 'central' hotel/place for us to target as an AMFF group.
We might have to stay in several different places and suss out somewhere to congregate of an evening.
:wino:
I'm sure we'll manage that - we usually do!!!

Try Hotel apartmentos princesa playa, aparthotel puerto azul
They're in Marbella centre near Parque de Alameda and nearish to the bus stops out to the tennis (about 3kms to the West of Marbella Centre).

It's many years since I've been to Marbella, so I expect it's changed a lot. I remember being sandblasted on the beach due to high winds. Another time it was so hot that we couldn't venture outside - and that was in February! (Admittedly we are palefaces who can't take sun.)

The average rainfall for February is at the fourth highest for the year with 75mm. This translates to on average 5 days of rainfall or every 1 in 6 days. The most common form of rainfall is moderate rain which is the most likely to occur in the beginning of the month.

Yeah Roy, it was far easier just to match the hotel to local cheapish flights. It's also nice to have a bit of time either side. We went Thursday - Tuesday to fit in with flights when we went to Belgrade. Obvs we drove to Rouen but still went thiurs - Monday. Are you looking at the same flight?

If the rainfall is that high, it makes you wonder why they picked to play outdoors!
If the play did run over, having to leave Sunday, Gill and I would miss even more. Getting there Friday we would miss the start as we wouldn't get to Marbella until the afternoon. We are still researching and will make a final decision soon but there's so much stacked against us this time sadly.

I have decided to sit this one out. I am going on a battlefields tour in April and then to Liverpool to see the Terracotta Warriors in July.

It can also be read as just 5 days with rain for the month of February. Let's hope they all fall after the 6th It may go the otherway, wasn't it last year they had a heatwave and it was 18 in early Feb? It can't be worse than the Serbian monsoon lol

I know exactly how you feel Caro. Looks very much like I will have to miss out this time too. I have had to have major, and very unexpected and not budgeted for, repairs done to my bathroom, and on top of that my car needs a whole new exhaust system.
This has more or less ruled out my chances of going to Spain. I do still hold out a slender hope, but flights to Malaga are only on certain specified days which in turn means an extended stay and more nights at hotel. All piling up the cost. I am so disappointed as I enjoyed Rouen so much and I loved being with you all. And a break in Spain in February sounds so attractive. The head has to rule the heart in this case, but I continue to be optimistic!

We have, we were happy as they included luggage as it was a flight to Budapest during a very cold winter so no hand luggage would have done for all that winter clothing. They were fine. There was a huge delay on the return flight but it was due weather, many flights were delayed. That was in 2012 though so it's been a while. My friend went on holiday with them (they have a package holiday part of the business), she didn't have any complains either.
The price thing is hit and miss. When we went to Budapest they were cheaper than easyJet but when we booked our next holiday they were more. I always check both so would fly with them again if they were cheaper.

Yes, aren't the EasyJet flights from Liverpool/Manchester quite expensive considering it's low season. I've priced the Liverpool flight you recommended at £131 each, before adding any extras. Having to ponder the costs to be honest. We've already booked a very expensive holiday for next summer and I was hoping flights for this trip would be cheaper than they are

Ours were £131 including the select your own seat. Of course the prices may have gone up as a result of the announcement. I don't know whether Ryan air would have been cheaper, I didn't even look as the planes are so shakey and between the nerves and ear ache I got on the last one it wasn't an option.
I used to have an fear of flying and I forced myself to face it. I've been on many planes since both long and short haul. I can't sleep the night before and have to get to the airport really early and just mooch slowly through to avoid real anxiety. I always pay for a seat so I'm not treading out another passenger. I always get searched and have my cameras taken apart because I'm enough of a sweaty wreck for them to think I'm up to no good lol. My last Ryan air flight was so stressful. Then they made me put my camera bag in the hold as the plane was full. They wouldn't even accept when another passenger offered to swap. So I had to empty it. It went in the hold empty and I sat with my camera equiptemnt on my knee and wedged around me for the flight. Which was longer as we sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes. The flight was noisy, shakey and bumpy and by the time we got off I had put my nails through my own hands trying to stay calm. I'm sure all the messing with the bags and then tarmac wait made it so bad. When we landed I left Kev to grab the stuff as I just had to get off the plane! Then spent a lot of the city break worrying about the trip home. I've been on a propeller plane that was less stressful. That was my last Ryan air flight. No doubt a lot of it is in my mind, but it's not worth it to me for now.
I know a lot of people who happily use Ryan air and don't have a problem. Kev being one. Maybe not he future I'll try them again. Perhaps it's easier if you are not already a nervous flyer.

Well done Jerry for conquering your fear of flying. Luckily I am ok with it but I know two people who just won't go on a plane at all - seems such a shame to miss out on seeing the world, so I can only imagine their fear is overpowering for them.
I looked at combining the Princesa Playa accommodation with flight as an EasyJet Holiday bit it came out £50 more than booking things separately. If I do decide to go hubby would come with to make it a bit of a wintersun holiday (though he won't go to the tennis) but adding it up it's looking like there won't be much change out of £1000 once you factor in spending money, tennis tickets etc. Maybe I'll do the lottery tonight
Anyone else thinking of not going?

Hi Jerry that's really awful, reminds me of our last Ryanair flight they tried to do the same to me and another passenger offered and they said no it had to be my bag so I said what if we swap contents?
The stewardess realised how futile she was being when the passenger said yes. So she just slammed the locker door with a huff and said "Oh just leave it there"
I said I didn't understand as there was loads of space, now I realise why though, as they are now cleverly charging to put our hand luggage on board by only offering this to people who pay for priority boarding.
It was all a cunning plan. Baldric!
Oh I can't take credit for conquering it. I certainly haven't. I still don't sleep before a flight and often squeeze my armrest for the duration. At take off and landing I play the alphabet game in my head as a distraction. My plane outfit is always stuck to me at the end and I have to be on the verge on wetting myself to go the loo. I have gone kivked out of my seat by Kev on a long haul to stretch my legs. I finally managed my first flight at 24. I have improved since then, though mainly through having a routine. Like with driving I hope if I keep doing it, it will lessen. Gradually it is.
Winter sun holiday sounds like a plan. There is a lot to do outside of the tennis. Last time we did a trip to Grenada, Sierra Nevada, which I recommend. It was the first weekend in March and we did a trip looking for dolphins from tarifa, we lots of them, pilot whales too :) it's not cheap though. It's been around £500 just for our flights and hotel so far
We would be sorry to miss you pat. I really hope that something works out for you. Sorry to hear about your car and bathroom. Sounds like a nightmare. We hold on to your slender hope with you and if not hope to see at the next one (now that's optimism) or at a forum meet next year xx
Aw thank you Jerry. I will really miss you all but I hope one of the above will happen...most likely a forum meet-up...but you never know! Optimism....you can't beat it!!
Jerry, when dealing with your flying demons you show once again your fortitude and strength of character. Well done you.

Just checking a few things?
- is davis cup still same format - 2 singles Friday, 1 doubles Saturday and 2 single Sunday?
- what sort of times might Friday and Sunday singles start?
- looks like it is hard for us to get to Malaga from Birmingham on a Thursday evening
and back on Sunday night without spending a fair bit and missing some of Sunday's possible matches.
- is Marbella definite now, as some news is talking about subject to confirmation.

Try a couple of valium. Works wonders for me.
I don't really do tablets. Even with headaches and stuff I try everything else first. usually only toothache will push me to medication as a first step. I keep doing it and I manage. Eventually the irrational anxiety will reduce and hopefully one day just be a passing thought.
I imagine the tickets will be less than home, though sadly not free (India v Spain) lol I shouldn't imagine it will be long before prices are listed though

If you are going through all that on a plane, why not take 2 tablets to help you. Better than clawing through your own hands and damaging your bladder.
It is not addictive to take 2 only and does no harm at all.
That incident was years ago. I would rather over come it that treat the symptoms. I did it with driving so I can do it flying. As I said it is reducing too. It just takes time. I did my longest ever flight this year. And without hurting my hands. I also died 6 flights in that one trip, which I never would have thought I could do. It just takes time. It can be managed by routine and avoiding other stresses until then.
Anyway that incident was given to say why I don't use Ryanair and to illustrate that to many others their flights would be fine. KevD never has a problem with them. I notice a huge difference between them and Ryan air which is why I was happy to pay more to use them for this trip. We have select your own seat too, but I haven't yet added bags. Bizarrely my booking confirmation went straight to my junk folder, even though I've booked with easy jet before. We used them for our Malta trip last year.
Now looking into the cost of transfers to and from the airport :)

Try cheapmalagaairporttransfers, I have a quote of €56 airport to apartments, let me know if you get anything cheaper, for 4 sharing it should work out approx £25 each return....
I will do. We did consider car rental as it would be useful to get to the ferry for a morocco day trip but it's really expensive!
There is a frequent bus, very cheap.

I have booked the same Easyjet Liverpool flights as JerryD and others, out Thursday, back Tuesday, without wife this time but have booked for friend John (who still hasn't joined the forum, despite my pushing him to - he gets tickets via Topspin, this could well be his 50th DC contest)
GillyD and I had a long chat about DC over the weekend. As neither of us can get Thurs or Mon off work it was always going to be tricky to travel anywhere abroad. There's are options for us to get to Marbella, but they are not convenient and wouldn't be cheap if we had to factor in travel to non local airports or airport hotels. Due to the timings we would also undoubtedly miss some of the tennis on both Friday and Monday which we would HATE .... so with heavy hearts we have decided to accept that we won't be going this time :crying::crying::crying: We will really miss being with you all but we trust you to do a good job of cheering without us ;) Will be looking out for you all on TV and cheering from the sofa.
It won't be the same without you two!
I'm not going either, Caro. If anyone wants to meet up, anywhere in this country to cheer on our team, I'll be willing to be there.
With regards to tickets, as per Sally's post on the block bookings thread, please do not discuss ticketing here or anywhere else, unless you want to ask the LTA directly! This is at the LTA's request/command...
So sorry to hear that Caro, but not surprised it was really difficult and no way really seemed to work. Sometimes you have to do the sensible thing. Positive thoughts anyway, there will be more than one tie next year, not in September but when we get the W over Spain :) you will be missed in Feb x

Bit of confusion on LTA website on deadline for joining BTTM to qualify for members tickets sale, link above still says tomorrow evening but on Ticket information it says Sunday 3rd December https://www.lta.org.uk/major-events/international-events/davis-cup/davis-cup-tickets/
Perhaps it has been extended since I posted the link. Sorry if it has, though I mainly posted as a confirmation of venue. I know some murrynators who were waiting for it to be official before getting flights etc. There may have been some on here too
Can't share my Facebook video on here, so I hope this one is public!

Decided I'm going to have to pass on this tie. The flights are working out more expensive than I would like, given the other expenses I already have lined up this year. It was also going to cut into my annual leave allowance a fair bit and would rather keep those days for Wimbledon watching. Very confident that those of you going will make lots of noise and have a great time :GBflag:

I'm afraid I will have to join you Caro and Kath. :crying::crying::crying: For very similar reasons: it's not the most convenient venue to travel to and obtaining suitable flights would lead to an extended stay which in turn would lead to higher accommodation costs and combined with the unexpected expense I have had these last few months my head has to rule my very heavy heart. I really can't see it, due to the change of time zone and surface. The only way is if Andy goes out early in Melbourne, thus giving him more time to prepare and acclimatise. Or if the Spanish would consider playing on a grass court ?
Was hoping to make this and had booked accommodation but not going to be able to make it. We will probably need to head back to USA the week before and financially it would probably be too much at the end of our long stay over here anyway. :(
I looked at the hotel and there's still rooms available so I'm assuming no one is searching for rooms, otherwise I would have tried to coordinate with you on the timing of my cancellation.
Have a great time everyone, one day I will make it. :)
I wonder if that means Andy is considering playing??
Maybe Matt is finally giving in and coming on his own. I told him before France to ask his boss for a few days off and come along to support as he was the best at leading the cheers. I even tweeted it to Murray. Matt liked it but didn't say anything else. Perhaps this time he has asked for the holiday lol
Maybe Andy will come to support like he did in Serbia.
Hi everyone,
Now that new year is out the way figured I should start planning for this trip. I think quite a few of us are on the easyJet Glasgow to Malaga Wednesday to Monday flights and staying at hotel apartmentos princesa playa. Would anyone be interested in sharing transfers to and from the airport? I know there is the bus option but figured with a few of us the transfers may not be too costly.

Ok will start searching out transfer companies but will wait a few more days to see if anyone else wants to join us before starting to contact them for quotes.
Will look a bit more in a few days but as a rough guide for up to 7 people would be about €170 euros return. Think we are currently on 5 (Maud am I right in thinking you are travelling with Lizzy?) but think there are a few more on the same flight which could bring it down a bit.
I’ve also found at price of €148 euros for up to 6.

Only three Fridays to go, before the first match starts. I think it might be 1 - 1 after both of them, but I hope Cameron can pull off an upset.
I hope Murray and Inglot can win the doubles in three Saturdays time.

I’m loving your optimism Stell! Do we know when Spain have to announce their team by so we know who you’re up against. If Kyle can play the way he did in Brisbane we could have a chance depending on who plays singles for Spain!
I always try and remain optimistic, especially if it means a trip to Australia. I'm now expecting Kyle to win both his matches, after he's done at the Aussie Open.
It has just occurred to me that we do not have a planned meal for the trip. My Spanish is limited to a few words so I don't know that I'd be any help, plus it might be too late notice to organise anything. Any ideas? I guess we could always just try and bundle into a place on the night lol

"Dos cervezas por favor"
When I was working as a waitress in Florence, when Spaniards came in and asked for cervezas I used to direct them to the bathroom because I thought they were asking for 'services'. Was years before I learnt that cervezas meant beer.
Sallydaisy
16-01-2018, 18:53
You can also try "dos canas" ... which seems to mean a couple of halves of draught lager.
If you want to order a beer in a Spanish bar you might be tempted to say ‘una cerveza por favor’ and you would be given a bottle of your favourite tipple. To avoid misunderstandings and disappointment, it might be better to ask for the bottle of your choice by name, i. e. ‘una Estrella por favor’ or ‘un San Miguel‘. But, if what you really want is a half a pint, or a draught, you must ask for ‘una caña‘. The expression refers to the cylindrical shape of the glass, I believe.
I learned Spanish ..?.. years ago and remember the basics. Have bought a couple of phrase books and am spending evenings between now and the 1st February madly trying to revise. Not sure that qualifies me to look for a group eating place though - but as I learned the language when at catering college I guess somewhere in my pea brain are various words relating to 'food'.
Hasta la vista baby ...

The Murraynators have booked a restaurant for 80 of them, so I'm sure we can do it if they can!
Sounds good! My Spanish is very basic, just doing evening classes!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but.....1364
Needless to say Lynnes not a happy bunny.
Well she did ask me to look.
Oh and Lynne and I are up for a meal /beer /wine.
If it's happening.

According to my friend it close to Apartementos Princesa Playa. A serve and volley away as he put it. Close to Irish pub frequented by George Best.
Was going to ask what your plans were Roy in case you were on our flight and looking to share transport but I guess you are far away and have transport sorted lol
Jerry please add me, not sure about anyone else though

Anyone arriving at Malaga airport about 18.30 on the Thursday? Having a nightmare with transport to Marbella! Bus bookings website isn't working and private transfers are apparently sold out! No idea what to do now...

We arrive much earlier on the Thursday. The bus booking is a pain, apparently hoppa is easier. I haven't sorted ours yet. It's in an epic list lol
Hi guys I see I’m on but not Phil! Could it be Nessie x2. Sorry but look forward to seeing you all again.

We are arriving at 22.45 on Thursday and haven’t sorted transport either. Have you had any luck as transport looks expensive anyway.

I ended up booking a shuttle. About €20 one way but my search on the bus website came back as "no results found" so thought I'd better be safe than sorry and book the shuttle. Also the bus drops off 25 mins walk from my hotel whereas the shuttle is 2 mins walk away.
At that time of night I'd recommend booking a shuttle/private transfer. Think the buses are few and far between in the winter season!
Could you also add Daniel x 2 for the meal also. Thanks.

Errrrm as we have a lot less than the Murraynators can we try and out do them on the menu?
My dietary requirements are Aussie Silky gazelle cooked at night, Jerry.
What's the chances?

There's more than one Princesa Playa? What if I've booked into the wrong one? :sofa:

Lol - I haven't seen the menu that's a request for supergran, I'm just the list writer lol hope the menu isn't the same as the nators though, if there's one thing I hate more than gazelle it's tiramisu
Next Tuesday, the rest of us will find out which channel the BBC will be showing the tie on. I, remember, that they showed the Canadian tie on the red button and BBC 2 last year.

There's one in Menorca or Majorca.
Ah good, I must be in the right one then!
What is the name of the restaurant we're going to? Will they want our menu choices in advance? Or a deposit?

The restaurant is Da Bruno. Have asked my contact those two questions. He is getting in touch with them tomorrow. I will let you know.

So it's 26. Hope this is the final number as my contact is speaking to restaurant tomorrow.
So it is the same restaurant as Murraynators. Hope they can fit us all in! It would obviously be easier for the restaurant if we had the same menu.

Davis Cup tradition our Saturday meal. Only one dubs so hopefully earlier finish.

Which shuttle did you guys use? So many bad reviews :(
Nice work SG although when I googled it there was a Da Bruno and a Da Bruno Sul mare?
Along with other Da Bruno's that may not even be restaurants??
I take it that this is the one?
Urb. Marbella Mar Local, 1, 29602 Marbella, Málaga, Spain
If it is it's a 35 min walk from hotels.
I think Spain have got until either tomorrow or Wednesday to announce their team.

I don't know where you are staying but just messaged my friend who assured me this restaurant is a four minute stroll from Princesa Playa on the beach front. Roy, he also says flat as a tennis court so John should be ok.
My guess is that it's the one on paseo maritimo da Bruno sur mar as that's the one that is along the seafront from princesa playa. The one you mention Pete is right on the outskirts. Where are you staying

Yes a few of them appeared on the map, it certainly looked the closest, thanks SG/JerryD
