Phew! Because that is not a triumphant set. He scraped over the line. But at least he got over the line of winning the set.
Sally is right about the serve btw. It is like Andy has lost one, sometimes two, free points each service game. When an ace or unreturnable serve comes, it is a welcome relief, rather than somethng regular, and so the service games are a bit of a struggle.
Oh well. Might be best to slow the ball down. Give him some junk.

And get an early break to sow doubt. C'mon Andy!
